Volunteers and interns are truly important to our growth here at XD. Say hello to this team of interns from 2020.

Volunteer And Make A Difference

From assisting behind the scenes and helping develop the best programmes to facilitating courses, volunteers have been key to XD’s growth.

Our volunteers are typically skilled in digital media. Additionally, as the volunteers work closely with students, they are often adaptable, dynamic, positive, and patient individuals.

Do you have a particular skill set that could help us and our students grow? If you are skilled in one or more of the following areas, please reach out to us:

  • Digital media production
  • Digital literacy
  • Visual storytelling
  • Social media engagement
  • Fundraising
  • Networking

Please do also contact us if you’d just like to make a difference in any other way. We’d love to hear from you.

Making a difference requires dedication. We’ve been blessed over the years by people who volunteer and have been committed to going the extra mile.

Meet Our Volunteers

A mother to one of our apprentices, Izan had a huge impact on XD. She helped promote us to an international audience, which gave overseas students an opportunity to learn with us. She also assisted with the development of many of our programmes and related documents. Izan, additionally, mentored a number of our interns and mentees.

At XD, we know her as Inkki. She is a psychology student who initially joined us as an intern but later returned to assist with a number of our programmes. She’s helped with many of the programmes, especially SPS, thanks to her experience as a professional photographer.
