Junior Coaching Programme
Through our Junior Coaching Programme, neurodivergent learners can refine and enhance their abilities by becoming a junior coach themselves.
Objectives
In this course, you will gain:
- The skills to be gainfully employed
- An understanding of how to set and meet clear goals, and be accountable
- The ability to assess performances and conduct coaching conversations
- New techniques to create your own professional coaching style and tools

Length of Course
- 10 weeks (or 8-11 weeks in total depending on the individual)
- 3-4 sessions a week.
- Each session is typically 1.5 hoursÂ

Delivery Style
- Virtual classroom where we utilise games, roleplay, and videos to provide an interactive learning experience
- Optional: On a case-by-case basis, the course can be conducted in a face-to-face physical setting.
