I understand that every effort will be made to assess the situation before contacting the emergency number listed above. If the person(s) cannot be reached, I understand that staff will use a standard emergency protocol to contact the nearest ambulance service and have my child taken to the nearest hospital.

Cancellation, Refund & Programme Policy*
Cancellation & Refund
1.You can easily defer your session without penalty with any of our bundle package. Just give us more than 48 hours notice to get full credit to defer your class/transfer your credit to any of our other available programmes (https://www.thexdschool.com/programmes/).
2.When you give us more than 24 hours notice, you will be entitled to a 50% fee refund in the form of credit that you can avail from any of our programmes.
3.If the class is cancelled after the 24 hours timeframe, it will be counted as having been attended.
4.All credits must be used within 90 days from the first date of your registration.
5.We reserve the right to cancel a class or consolidate classes if there are only 6 students or less in the class.
Attendance
1.Please arrive 30 minutes before the event start time to allow yourself enough time to park, look for the space, register and to be ready to start at least 10 minutes prior to start.
2.Be prepared with your own refreshments to energise yourself and stationeries to support your learning journey.
3.If you are arrive late by 15 minutes or more, you will not be able to join the programme, as this can be disruptive to yourself and others.
Event Organiser
In the event of class cancellation due to unforeseen weather conditions or circumstances, participants will receive full refund in the form of credit and or can opt to defer or continue in the following session.
