    I want to empower a young person to grow in confidence and independence. I hope to be part of a caring, inclusive community. I want to gain a deeper understanding of differently‑abled children and youths. I wish to give back to Care2Run, an organisation I believe in. I believe volunteering sets a positive example for others around me. Doing good and making a meaningful impact matters to me. I want to learn new skills, behaviours, and ways of supporting others.

    Supporting children during fun runs and movement activities — keeping them motivated, safe, and engaged. Mentoring youths during outdoor events — offering guidance, encouragement, and confidence-building support. Serving as a safety marshal — helping maintain a calm, structured, and secure environment. Coordinating logistics and event flow — assisting with setup, registration, transitions, and smooth operations. Providing emotional support and positive reinforcement — being a steady, encouraging presence Helping with group management — supporting facilitators in keeping groups organised and attentive. Assisting with creative or skill‑building stations — guiding youths through simple tasks, games, or learning activities. Content creation and storytelling — capturing meaningful moments through writing or short videos. Photography and visual documentation — highlighting joy, inclusion, and behind‑the‑scenes efforts. Gamification and youth game design — creating simple, fun games that help youths learn and grow through play. Fundraising support — helping raise awareness, mobilise resources, and strengthen the sustainability of our programmes. General volunteer support — stepping in wherever needed to ensure an inclusive, joyful experience for all.

    Working with youths in real‑world settings — building confidence in guiding, supporting, and engaging young people. Supporting differently‑abled youths — developing empathy, structure, and inclusive facilitation skills. Contributing within a charitable organisation — gaining experience in community work, event support, and volunteer operations. Volunteering in dynamic, hands‑on roles — strengthening adaptability, teamwork, and on‑ground problem‑solving. Educating, mentoring, or facilitating — growing your ability to guide groups, lead activities, and support learning. Content creation and storytelling — improving skills in writing, short‑form video, and capturing meaningful moments. Photography and visual documentation — learning to document events with purpose and highlight impact. Designing youth games and activities — developing creativity in gamification, engagement, and playful learning.
