Is this a “real” internship or just free labour?
Not at all — this is a legit internship with real structure and real growth. You’ll get proper training, clear responsibilities, coaching, and a pathway that can lead all the way to full‑time opportunities in the Xtraordinary Digital School’s, Graduate Management Programme (XDGMP).

In Learning Month 1, you’ll receive RM300 for transport, and from Month 2 onwards you can earn up to RM500 extra based on your contributions.
You’ll also benefit from RM8,000 worth of high quality internal training. You will never find a similar opportunity elsewhere. Seize it now!
Can you help breakdown the RM500 allowance based on contributions?
Yes, of course.

Where is the internship based?

Our on‑site location is in No. 6, Jalan SS1/32, Petaling Jaya, 47300, Selangor, Malaysia. Depending on our programme needs, some tasks can be done remotely, but first Learning Month requires 100% of your physical and undivided presence. We can discuss hybrid and remote work possibility from second month onwards.

Is the interview on‑site?
Most interviews are held on-site, unless otherwise stated. If an on‑site interview is required, your request might be approved if you are able to support with genuine reasons such as you are currently outstation or overseas.
 
What's your working schedules?
We keep things flexible. Our usual working window is 7:00/8:00am to 4:00/5:00pm — great if you want to dodge peak‑hour traffic.
 
You’ll put in 9 hours of productive work a day, with 1.5 hours set aside for breaks, prayers, and giving your mind/body a breather.
 
On either Saturday or Sunday, we encourage you to complete 5 hours of community service, plus 1 hour for your own wellbeing.
 
Just a heads‑up: depending on projects or deadlines, there may be times when we need to work a little beyond the usual hours, or on selected weekends or public holidays. So that you are mentally prepared when work gets busy.
I searched on Google, you are located in a residential area. Are you for real?
Yup, Google’s right — we’re based in a residential area, and that’s intentional. We choose to keep our overheads low so more of our resources go straight back into our community work.
 
We run like a startup, with a home‑office setup that’s fully kitted out for real work: fast 500 Mbps internet, comfy chairs, proper desks, second monitors, a stocked pantry, three WIFI printers, and a team that actually cares.
 
But, if you’re expecting bean bags, espresso machines, or gourmet lunches, that’s not us. But if you want a cosy, focused, purpose‑driven workspace with good people who learn and do more for the community — you’ll fit right in.
What’s the interview like?
Horror! Nah. It’s friendly, structured, and conversation‑based. Expect:
 
1. Tour (if physical interview) and or Ice-Breaker Game
 
2. A short intro about yourself
 
3. A discussion about your case study thinking
 
4. Questions about your professional interests and strengths
 
5. A quick overview of the internship pathway
No trick questions — we just want to understand how you think and communicate.

Can I get a letter of recommendations for my contributions to not one but two organisations?
Yes, of course. If you’ve been consistently performing, you can be assured to get two letters of reference from both, Care2Run and Xtraordinary Digital School. Any letter of reference will aid in your future scholarship and job application, gaining two letter of reference, wow, will certainly be a bonus!
 
Hint: Learn to draft your own letter of reference or recommendation. Send it in to ensure the tone and content is matched by the organisation.
